Infrared sauna:
The light of the infrared sauna reaches not only the surface of the skin, but also penetrates its deeper strata where it affects bloods temperature. Thus it stimulates blood circulation forcing it to transport the heat produced, consequently enlarges the blood vessels and helps to heal soft tissues and muscles. While in the infrared sauna, a significant amount of toxic substance leaves our body, thus boosting our immune system.
Finnish sauna:
The sauna has a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular system because it increases the speed of blood circulation. But use it carefully: extreme heat enlarges blood vessels and intensifies varicose complaints. It has a positive effect on our beauty, skin and body because it improves the blood supply to the skin, cleans it from impurities and dead epithelial cells, thus the skin rejuvenates and becomes softer, tenderer, smoother and more elastic.
Aroma booth:
It refreshes both the body and the mind. It works by vaporizing volatile oils that breathed in and reaching our body through the skin pores relax our body, as well as our mind. Its curative power covers many issues from stomach diseases to locomotor complaints.
Sauna fee is HUF 1300 / day.

Monday – Friday at 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.,
Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
